It is a 12 month commitment but you can walk away at any time. No cancellation fees no penalty fees..
When is the Referral Fee taken out? Before or after Broker splits?
Before.
What happens to deals that are after the initial 365 days? Does the agreement renew?
We have a referral hold on all deals procured for 18 months.
What if a lead becomes under contract but the deal doesn’t push through. Do I still have to pay the referral fee?
No, absolutely not.
How do I pay after closing?
Most brokerages will mail a check to our address. But if your brokerage uses a different payment method, please let us know in advance.
What if a lead decides to buy/sell again with me as their agent. Will I have to pay you the referral again?
Yes, and we have an 18-month referral hold from the date the deal closes.
How do you track the leads that close?
With your broker and your local MLS.
Why does it say that we have a one-year contract but we can cancel anytime?
We only work with people that want to work with us long term. But if you want to leave for any reason at any time, you can do so.
How do I get support?
You can text, email and call us from Monday through Friday from 9-5 CST.
Can I switch commission plans?
Yes, within 60 days of going live.
